We stopped into the Sleepys store and got a new mattress model. From the beginning, our salesperson was polite, patient and also insightful concerning which mattress model we may want to consider. However, we had to switch the mattress model for some other mattresses, not even once, but three times. Take into account that we are professional people and do not make a habit of exchanging items we purchase.

This seemed to be an unusual situation. We must offer to Sleepys our maximum compliments because of their tolerance, kindness, consideration as well as, most importantly, the expert way they sorted out each exchange. Never once did any one of the employees appear annoyed or displeased. As a matter of fact, they were all very concerned with our choosing the correct mattress that suited our desires. We visited Sleepys from the start due to its recognition. Even so, we were very privileged to have came across the outstanding service that they provided to us. We have suggested that other people looking for a mattress go to a Sleepys store.
